JT will be carrying out essential maintenance on 23/10/2025 between 23:00 and 02:00 UTC+1.

During this time JT will be performing software upgrades the second of two Firewalls within their mobile core.

Services affected:
The upgrade is planned to have a zero-downtime approach by upgrading the standby unit first and leveraging ASA high availability (HA) failover.

We would consider Pelion Global Roaming/JT subscribers as at-risk during the maintenance period.
