We will be carrying out essential maintenance on 28/09/2026 between 04:00 and 06:00 CT.

During this time we will be implementing load a load balancer in front of our OpenVPN servers in the US - this is to provide a more resilient solution with better failover capability.

Services affected:
Impact is minimal, OpenVPN traffic will be steered to our Austin site whilst some configuration updates are made to our Las Vegas site, once complete the load balancer will become active and traffic will be load balanced silently between sites.

There is potential for up to 5 mins of connection interruption to US OpenVPN's.
