Summary of work:

We will be carrying out essential maintenance on 15/09/2021 between 18:00 and 22:00.

During this time we will be performing a migration of some operators in order to upgrade networking equipment.
Customer impact should be minimal. Selected network operators will be migrated to our Manchester datacentre which may cause devices to reconnect.
During the networking equipment upgrade, no customer impact is expected.
Once the operator traffic is migrated back to our London datacentre, devices may experience a reconnect.

Customer action required: No customer action is required, however if devices fail to re-connect, a power-cycle of the device may be required.
