We will be carrying out essential maintenance on 03/04/2024 between 10:00 and 12:00 BST / 04:00 and 06:00 Central US.
During this time we will be performing cricital failover testing in our Austin datacentre. Telus subscribers and Austin IPsec VPN's may momentarily disconnect and reconnect within the maintenance window.

Start Date and time: 03/04/2024 10:00 BST / 04:00 Central US.
End Date and time: 03/04/2024 12:00 BST / 06:00 Central US.
Services affected: Austin Datacentre. Telus Subscribers and Austin IPsec VPN's may momentarily disconnect and reconnect within the maintenance window.
Customer action required: No customer action is required, however should any Telus subscribers or any IPsec VPN's fail to automatically reconnect, a restart of the device or VPN connection may be required in the first instance.
