Services affected: During this maintenance period, several services that rely on data and analytics feeds may be impacted.
-Delays in statistics and analytics graphs populating, users may notice a gap in graphs during the change period.
- Dina service will be unavailable for a short period within the change window.
- Subscriber traffic routing through our London Data centre should be considered at-risk during the maintenance period.
Customer action required: No customer action is required, however if your device connectivity or platform services are experiencing issues after the maintenance period, please contact Pelion Technical Support via the normal channels.
