We will be carrying out essential maintenance in our Manchester datacentre from 15:00 BST on Thursday 18 June 2026 to 16:00 BST on Saturday 20 June 2026.
Service affecting DC work will pause during UK business hours on Friday 19 June
During this maintenance window, we will be completing mandatory physical equipment upgrade works. Most mobile network operator traffic will be routed through our London datacentre while the work is in progress.
Some Three UK subscribers may experience periods of disruption during the maintenance window. Customers using Manchester single-sited IPSec VPN connectivity will also be at risk of intermittent disruption.
Our engineers will monitor services throughout the work and will keep any disruption to a minimum.
