Virgin Media/O2UK will be carrying out essential maintenance between 13/11/2024 at 20:00 and 14.11.2024 17:00 UTC.
During this time Virgin Media/O2UK will be migrating the Pelion APN to a new back-end node on their network.
Start Date and time: 13/11/2024 20:00 UTC
End Date and time: 14/11/2024 17:00 UTC
Services affected: The Pelion APN exists on 2 separate back-end nodes within Virgin Media/O2UKs network, only one of those back-end nodes is being upgraded at this time. During the maintenance period any sessions connected to the back-end node which is being upgraded will experience a reconnection event and they will reattach on the unaffected node.
Customer action required: No customer action is required, however we would ask customers to monitor their devices to ensure they are correctly attaching after the maintenance period. If devices are not attaching, manual customer intervention could be required.
