Summary of work:

We will be carrying out emergency maintenance on 09/09/2021 between 17:00 and 18:00.

During this time we will be migrating our cross site link to a different provider.
This is to mitigate against recent issues that have previously been seen on the current cross site link provider.
During this time customers may notice a drop in communications between IPsec's and devices as we migrate our cross site link providers.

Services affected: London and Manchester IPSec's, OpenVPN, DINA, Arm Global Roaming, EE, O2, Tele2, Three UK, Vodafone, Vodafone Global

Customer action required: No customer action is required, however if devices fail to re-connect, a power-cycle of the device may be required.
If the IPsec does not automatically re-connect a restart of IPsec may be required.
