Velos IOT will be carrying out essential maintenance from 11/03/26 until 12/03/26

During this time Velos will be performing software upgrades on their resilient IoT packet gateways.

11/03/2026 23:00 GMT

End Date and time:
12/03/2026 02:00 GMT

Services affected:
The upgrade is planned to have zero-downtime by performing this activity on the second node in a geo-redundant cluster.

The network has prepared for this change by performing a DNS upgrade on 9th March to point all new traffic to the backup gateways. This will be rolled back during the change window after successful testing.
