We will be carrying out essential maintenance on 06/10/2026 between 17:00 and 20:00 BST.

During this time we will be implementing upgrades to our OpenVPN service for users in the UK/EU. During this change a managed failover of VPN services from our primary site to our secondary site will be carried out.

Services affected:
OpenVPN users in the UK/EU may see a short disruption of a few seconds up to a maximum of 5 minutes when the managed failover between sites is performed.

Customer action required:
OpenVPN clients should automatically reconnect, however if you encounter any issues with your specific client a manual restart of the connection may be required.
