We will be carrying out essential maintenance on 20/05/2026 between 01:00 and 06:00 CT.

During this time we will be upgrading our data link between Pelion and TELUS which will involve a full VPN tunnel migration on to the new service.

End Date and time: 20/05/2026 06:00 CT

Services affected:
TELUS subscribers will experience a reconnection event during the maintenance period as the VPN tunnels are migrated to the new service. TELUS subscriber traffic should be considered as at-risk during the maintenance period.

Customer action required:
No customer action is required, however, if your TELUS subscribers experience connectivity issues after the maintenance period has been completed, please raise a ticket to our technical support team.
