The network operator partner JT will be carrying out essential maintenance on 01/08/2024 between 00:00 and 04:00 BST.
During this time JT will be upgrading the software of 1 of their IoT packet gateways. No customer impact is expected as JT will move subscriber traffic to a different packet gateway; in preparation 48 hrs before the work commences JT will perform a DNS change. This will gracefully move the existing sessions to the alternative PGW. The upgrade will be performed before re-introducing the original PGW back into the network.
