Please be aware that Pelion will be observing a Change Freeze between 08/12/2022 00:01 and 08/01/2023 23:59

Changes to our core network, APN, Pelion platform and VPN technologies will be suspended for the period of the freeze.

In the event of a service incident, Pelion will continue to resolve issues as normal, and these may require emergency changes.

If customers require changes during this window, these must be pre-approved and may be declined if there is a significant risk to service.

N.B.
Some Pelion Suppliers and Partner Networks may still have Planned Maintenance and changes up to the 21/12/2022 and these will be notified to Pelion's Status Page as normal.
