We will be carrying out essential maintenance on 27/011/2025 between 17:00 and 21:00 UTC.

During this time we will be performing essential upgrades and migrating EE/BT subscriber traffic to our new core routers.

Services affected:
Impact should be minimal as all work will be carried out on the offline node before migrating traffic. There may be a brief reconnection event for EE/BT subscribers as the managed migration of subscriber traffic takes place.

No customer action is required, however we would ask customers to monitor their EE/BT subscriber estate and to contact Pelion Technical Support if you experience any issues.
