We will be carrying out essential maintenance on 13/05/2025 between 08:00 and 12:00 UTC (02:00 - 06:00 CT)

During this time we will be carrying out essential maintenance to move Radius and platform services between ISPs at our Austin data centre.

Services affected:
The Pelion US platform will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes during the maintenance period.

Telus subscribers creating new sessions are at-risk of disruption at the beginning of the maintenance period. Existing sessions are not impacted.
