Pelion and Three Ireland technical teams have identified connectivity behaviour causing issues for roaming subscribers reconnecting to Three UK and applied a network mitigation. We see all traffic patterns returning to normal and are currently monitoring for improvements across the board.

Pelion's network partner have identified a routing issue causing outage to a subset of devices roaming on Vodafone. Any affected customers will now see a reconnection, and we will monitor for improvement.

Pelion Support & engineering teams are continuing to work through the reported issues. Any customer who is roaming to Vodafone using a Three Ireland SIM is advised to steer away from Vodafone, and if not possible can reach out to support@pelion.com who will steer this for you temporarily.

We are seeing intermittent recovery and are engaged with all relevant partners as a priority.
