Summary of work:

We will be carrying out essential maintenance on 08/09/2021 between 17:00 and 21:00.

During this time we will be performing routine upgrades in our London data centre.
This could mean any single site IPsec VPN customers may notice a small outage during the change window.
Customers with subscribers on Vodafone UK and Three UK may also see devices reconnect.

End Date and time: 08/09/2021 21:00

Services affected: London IPSec, Three UK and Vodafone UK

Customer action required: : No customer action is required, however if devices fail to re-connect, a power-cycle of the device may be required. If the IPsec does not automatically re-connect a restart of IPsec may be required.
