Scheduled
We will be carrying out essential maintenance on 09/08/2022 between 09:00 BST and 11/08/2022 21:30 BST.

This planned change is an addition to the previously notified change carried out on the weekend of 22nd -24th July.
Due to some logistical challenges during the previous change activity, only part of the works were successfully completed, and we are now scheduling the remaining items to be completed.

Location: London Datacentre

Change Window:
9th August 2022 09:00 BST - 11th August 2022 21:30 BST

Impact Times:
9th August 2022 17:00 – 21:30 BST
10th August 2022 17:00 – 21:30 BST
11th August 2022 17:00 – 21:30 BST

Services affected: London Datacentre, Single sited London IPsec customers and Three UK Subscribers will be at risk of disruption during the full change window.

Single sited London IPsec customers will experience service downtime/outage during the impact times above.
Pelion has directly contacted affected customers.

Dual sited IPsec customers that have a Manchester DC endpoint should be mitigated.

Subscriber traffic except for Three UK will also be mitigated and should be unaffected.

Three UK subscribers are likely to see data sessions disconnecting and reconnecting within the change window.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the work, we cannot be specific about the exact times or length of the downtime/outage for individual customers. It is anticipated to be small disconnect and reconnect sessions, however, downtime may be longer.

Customer action required:
Customers are advised that if IPsec connections do not automatically reconnect at the end of the change windows, a restart of the IPsec may be required.

If you have any questions regarding the above, please raise a support query via your normal communication channels.
