Please be aware that Pelion will be observing a Change Freeze between 10/12/2021 and 03/01/2022

Changes to our core network, APN, Pelion platform and VPN technologies will be suspended for the period of the freeze.

In the event of a service incident, Pelion will continue to resolve issues as normal, and these may require emergency changes.

If customers require changes during this window, these must be pre-approved and may be declined if there is a significant risk to service.
