We will be carrying out essential maintenance on 22/09/2021 between 17:30 and 21:30.

During this time we will be performing routine upgrades in our London data centre.
This could mean any single site IPsec VPN customers may notice a small outage during the change window.
Customers with subscribers on Vodafone NB-IoT and O2UK may also see devices reconnect.

Services affected: London IPSec, O2UK and Vodafone NB-IoT

Customer action required: No customer action is required, however if devices fail to re-connect, a power-cycle of the device may be required. If the IPsec does not automatically re-connect a restart of IPsec may be required.
